Having recently diversified Tesoro’s sensory experience offering—and with a vision to expand further into homewares and self-care products in the future—BLOND designed, built, and managed Tesoro’s launch exhibition in Milan during Fuorisalone 2023. As part of a larger exhibition space overseen by BLOND, Tesoro’s space consisted of two rooms—the first being an intimate hallway, and the other a more open space. With Tesoro being a sensory, scent-lead brand, generating coverage from visitors via Instagram and other social media outlets required a visual accompaniment to the scented products on display. BLOND achieved this by integrating Tesoro’s extensive brand colours and candle refills with the exhibition architecture in visually captivating ways.

The hallway displayed a spectrum of suspended anodised aluminium pots—each of which contained a different Tesoro scent, creating both a visual and scent-driven sensory experience for the visitors.
The second more open space was anchored by a five-metre-long rounded plinth, which displayed Tesoro’s Refillable Candles and future exploratory pipeline products. The walls at each end were painted in two brand colours and illuminated to further enhance the sensory experience of the space.
