We hire designers, engineers and strategists from all over the world, with as many different backgrounds, experiences and skillsets as we can find. This gives us a richer pool of ideas, multiple perspectives and more dynamic decision making.

Exhibiting at Milan Design Week is, of course, about raising our profile and showing how we work, but it also gives us an opportunity to play and collaborate. People we have loved experimenting with include Hirotaka Tako of Sony, Jon Marshall of Pentagram, Form Us With Love, John Tree, Julie Richoz and Maddalena Casadei.
