Blond Product Design Yod&Co Rivington Glassware Carafe BlueBlond Product Design Yod&Co Rivington Glassware Carafe Blue

After nearly two years of development the Rivington Glassware collection launches! Designed for the British brand Yod and Co, the collection consists of four pieces. Each element within the collection exhibits subtly faceted sides which fade-out towards the aperture. These facets have been designed to be almost invisible, revealed by the reflections and shadows created on the table surface. The collection launches at Maison et Objet 2018 and can be seen in Hall 7, Stand D99. We Have Moved!

We are pleased to announce that earlier this year we moved to Rivington St, Shoreditch - situated within the vibrant and creative east end of London. Our light and airy design studio is based on the first floor of a converted victorian electroplating factory - a coincidental nod towards our love for materials and processes.

New Business Cards

As part of the new Blond branding, we are delighted to finally showcase our business cards. We worked hard to convey our brand ethos with the overarching branding. We have brought this forward into the business card design.  The stock was carefully chosen from the Colorplan range by G.F.Smith. The print and foil-blocking was the work of Generation Press, Brighton based print-press.  We are very happy with the outcome, thank you all those involved!

Blond Launches Fenn Chair

We are excited to finally launch the Fenn Chair, an honest design that is sensitive to modern-day use and manufacturing. This minimal design utilises the processes of molded plywood lamination and steam-bending, with no visible joints and fittings. The chair has a scallop on the underside of the steam-bent oak legs to allow the chairs to nestle together securely whilst stacked. See more images here.
